3. Location Data

We collect your location data to display nearby service providers and enable live tracking of assigned workers. Location is collected only when the app is in use, with your explicit permission. You can revoke location access at any time through your device settings.

4. Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications regarding booking confirmations, worker assignments, payment updates, and promotional offers. You can manage notification preferences within the app or disable them through device settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

Service Providers (Workers): Your name, address, and booking details to fulfill service requests
Payment Processors: Razorpay for secure payment processing
Cloud Services: Supabase (database), Firebase (notifications), and Microsoft Azure (hosting)

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure database access controls, and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
